The Shanghai Downtown Small Business PV System Project, located in the heart of Shanghai, was successfully installed in June 2024 with a designed capacity of 19.8 kW.

This grid-tied system, installed on the roof of a metal product factory, utilizes 18 SOLARUNIS FDE1100 microinverters, each delivering 1100W of AC power. The microinverters provide several key advantages, including enhanced energy efficiency through independent module optimization, improved system reliability by eliminating single points of failure, and simplified maintenance with real-time monitoring capabilities.

Additionally, their compact design and easy integration with the existing power distribution system make them ideal for urban applications. This project demonstrates the significant potential of microinverter-based PV systems in generating clean energy while supporting grid stability, providing a scalable and efficient solution for small businesses to transition to renewable energy sources.
